At Sun Child, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

48 hour notice is required for cancellation of Chemical Services

24 hour notice is required for cancellation of Haircut Services

Cancellations made after these timeframes will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Any No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Providing advanced notice allows us to accommodate other clients. We encourage both staff and clients to honor commitments made when scheduling. Thank you.
